First American Title Insurance Co. has launched its TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID) Tool Kit to help its agents prepare for implementation of the new forms, which go into effect Aug. 1.
The TRID Tool Kit, which includes a suite of training and reference materials, will be available on First American's agent portal, AgentNet. According to First American, agents are expected to follow a three-step program—assess, act and grow. These steps are presented through a series of recommended activities designed to help agents reach goals that are necessary for the TRID changes.
